Very nice experience staying here 2 nights with the Mrs and little one.
Good for parking, 10 minutes walk away from Boscombe Beach. Not too far from High Streets, Shopping Centre and other facilities.
Breakfast range was decent as well and service was brilliant.
Would definitely use again and would highly recommend this comfortable stay.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Only downside was my room was incredibly hot and stuffy at all times, perhaps just being on the top floor. As soon as I went downstairs to the first floor and ground floor I could feel the significant change in temperature where it felt alot cooler. Could do with air con on the top floor.

Friendly staff. Fairly clean. Good enough place for last minute fair priced hotel by the sea when you dont spend a lot time in hotel.
Beds were very noisy. Thin walls.
Shower was difficult to get right then just stayed too hot permanently.
Rooms smell fine but hallways and lobby smell a little strange.
