Took my Boardman hybrid in for a full service and repairs following a crash. I can honestly say that the bike feels better now than when I first bought it second hand 10 years ago.
Soren explained everything he needed to do and gave me a worst case scenario on price. It ended up lower than that and his prices are incredibly reasonable anyway. Will definitely go back more regularly!

Wish I'd taken my bike in for some work sooner! Soren quickly got it fixed up and wow! It was so much better to ride after the various things he sorted out, in particular the brakes which had been an issue for a while.
As others have said, Soren gives quality advice and quality workmanship too. My only word of warning to potential customers - you need to book in for repair! Soren is always busy and there usually seems to be a week or two wait for a space.
Thanks for sorting my bike out, Soren.
