Alphapet Veterinary Clinic
We provide the best possible service and veterinary care for all popular smaller animals including dogs, cats, and rabbits whilst we also have the expertise to care for guinea pigs, birds, reptiles and wildlife all in a relaxed and friendly environment. We believe passionately that this can only come from a group of veterinary practices that are not driven by profits but purely by quality of care, value and clinical excellence.

The numbers speak for themselves - over 24,000 pet owners have trusted AlphaPet with over 80,000 of their animals and we're here to help you too. In order for us to continue to improve our service with the rapid advances that are occurring in veterinary medicine, we have to be able to reinvest in our practice to acquire more state of the art equipment, facilities and top-quality staff.
Services
Preventative Medicine - As well as emergency medicine and providing treatment when your pet is sick, we also provide a wide range of help and advice to keep your pet healthy. Behaviour Counselling - We provide behaviour counselling and treatment for many of the common behaviour conditions found in dogs, cats and rabbits.
We are extremely proud of the quality and the range of services and facilities we are able to offer. We offer exceptional value for money for the level and quality of service we deliver. We make no apologies for not offering cut-price deals on your pet's treatment and care.

As with all businesses, if we reduce fees in one area, we have to make those losses up in other areas in order to be able to continue to reinvest in the practice to keep us fully up to date with the latest advances. Our fee structure is designed to be fair and to offer value for money across the range of our services.
Vets Now send us a report following any contact with you, even if it is just a phone call for advice. This report is then added to your pets record. If my pet is an inpatient and needs to be transferred to Vets Now for overnight care, do I have to take them?. No. Unlike most practices we can transfer your pet to Vets Now for you in our ambulance, or you can take them there yourself if you prefer.
AlphaPet is a modern, well-equipped veterinary surgery staffed by the very best vets and qualified nurses. We are continually investing in and advancing our ranges of diagnostic, surgical and treatment facilities to enable us to offer a complete healthcare service for companion animals and wildlife.
Please ensure that your pet has had nothing to eat after midnight on the evening prior to admission. It is helpful if you give your pet a chance to go to the toilet before you bring him/her into the Clinic. If your pet is due to have an operation, a veterinary surgeon will usually see you with your pet to give him/her a pre-surgery health check before admission.

I have been trying to get through to Birdham Alpa Pets only to get my dogs flea and wormer. The call says phone Bognor Alpha Pets which I have an no-one answers. They say on the answer phone to ring between 2 and 4 which I have been doing. Now I ring and they say e-mail them well I have done and no one is responding to me at all but funny enough they still take the direct debit from my bank. I have been at the end of my tether chasing Alpha Pets as my dog needs her flea and wormer and she was due the flea on 19th June and I have been chasing them since 11th June.
I don't even think I will get

Critical: Professionalism
Tried to get an appointment for our very distressed dog while on holiday and they wouldn't see us. We travelled home early to be seen by our own vet. Not impressed.

Came in with a lost dog - the vets were caring, informative and helpful, despite being busy themselves.
