The practice was formed in 1992, when Victoria Scarratt and Gordon Martyn joined the long-established office of sole practitioner Anne Scarratt. Based initially in the South Hams of Devon, before relocating to the Tavistock area, Scarratt and Martyn has built upon Anne's reputation for quality design work and professionalism.

We cover a wide area taking in the whole of the South Hams and West Devon, the Dartmoor National Park, Torridge, Plymouth, and most of Cornwall.
