The Cake Booth is a family owned shop based business, entirely run and managed by husband and wife team, Louise and Darren Booth, who have been providing the finest quality wedding cakes the area has to offer for over 30 years. Constantly sourcing the finest quality ingredients, all our cakes are baked and decorated in our own shop using traditional methods.

The Cake Booth are proud that all of our wedding cakes are hand made the old fashioned way. No packet ingredients or cake mixes are used at any time - just top quality, fresh, natural ingredients throughout, including free range eggs and butter and the finest quality Belgian couveture chocolate, to create a taste that you will remember forever.
Our own recipe moist rich dark fruit cake, with brandy soaked vine fruits and cherries. After baking these cakes are fed regularly with brandy ensuring a moist, flavoursome cake for your wedding day. Vanilla bean buttercream with various preserves (Strawberry, Raspberry, Morello Cherry and Bluberry).
This is possibly the most tricky question to answer. Each cake is individual and the the price will depend on the size of the cake and the amount of work and time that goes into producing it. Based on past work, as an average you can expect the cost to be around 395 for a 3 tier and 425 for a 4 tier wedding cake.
Just a little note to say a big thankyou for our fantastic wedding cake, it looked amazing and tasted fab. So many people said it was the best chocolate cake they had eaten.
