Sure, we might all have different body and performance goals but we're all united on this journey of self-improvement. At our Thanet gym, based in Birchington, we've created a friendly environment and a highly personal service to help you on that journey. So even if you've never stepped into a gym before - and quite frankly find the idea a bit daunting - don't worry, we're here to guide you through the entire process.

Choosing the right place to train is important. After all, you'll be spending quite a bit of time there so you want to make sure it's the right environment. If you would like to meet our staff and be shown around our facilities, then please send us your details and we'll contact you to arrange a time and day that suits.
In the fitness industry personal trainers are a dime a dozen. Everyone's offering advice, making online videos and pushing get fit quick schemes. It can be a real challenge wadding through the hype and finding fully qualified professionals that actually have experience. However, here at Fitunion that's exactly what you'll find.
A lot of people don't realise it, but your diet is even more important than exercise when it comes to changing your body. Don't get us wrong, having the correct exercise regime is a must, but if your diet isn't right then your progress will be limited - you could even be doing your body more harm than good.
Too many people end up frustrated with their results after spending hours and hours in the gym.

A lot of the time it's not because they lack motivation and effort, it's because they haven't got technical expertise and aren't applying tried and tested training principles - of course, they are some who think that their workout ends as soon as they start sweating, in which case all the technical understanding in the world won't make an iota of difference.
If you've got a fitness goal and a deadline then our body transformation packages are for you. Throughout the process we work with you every step of the way. We provide bespoke food and exercise programmes, 24 personal training sessions and are always available if you need a pick me up - or someone that can sympathise with just how miserable low carb days are.
