We offer five beautiful self catering cottages set in the wonderful Shropshire countryside, near to Church Stretton and Much Wenlock. The hamlet of Plaish is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, centred around a 12th-century hall. The cottages are an integral part of the fourth generation sheep and arable family farm.

The spot is ideally located with miles of unspoilt countryside walks, bike rides, and hills in every direction. The farm has a scenic 2-mile walk from the door which wanders through woodlands and around natural lakes with an abundance of wildlife including swans. We welcome guests to get involved with farm life where possible whether it is collecting eggs from the chickens, feeding the pigs or ponies or feeding the lambs at lambing time.

We were left utterly perplexed by our encounter with Sara and this company.
We made a simple private hire pool booking for our family two weeks in advance. Sara asked us to write to her in an email and a booking form would be sent over. Unfortunately we had no reply, a week later we chased the form and was told our booking had been confirmed and the form could be completed on arrival. Rules and sound system explained and suggested we book lunch at the local pub.
The day before we were due to arrive our car broke down, we had to be recovered. Whilst in the tow truck my husband called Sara explaining

What can I say... Accommodation is incredibly clean tidy and welcoming. Facilities are brilliant so much for the kids to play with and they really did, the games rooms were fab for them if it rained(which it did) the family are just so friendly and helpful April the horse was adorable. The only downside it seemed to be atleast 30mins from anything... But hey we loved it

We stayed for a week in the Easter holidays. We stayed in the Corn House and it was wonderful, the decor is in keeping with the feel of the farm itself. The rooms are all nice with comfy beds.
We had a lovely big kitchen that had everything we needed and a nice big dining room with a table that easily seats 14 people.
The owners are very accommodating and friendly, allowing you to walk around the farm and get amongst it.
The kids were able to meet the lambs and chickens and have a sit on the tractors if wanted.
The only slight negative was that we wanted to swim a little more than we did but

Excellent accomodation and a lovely site. My only complaint would be how thin the walls are, makes for some uncomfortable conversations when the neighbours can't hold their gin.
