Great place, Took my westie there for the first time last weekend
Kind and knowledgeable staff. Very happy when she came out.
When talking to the staff when we picked her up it was obvious that she had spent time with her.
Would definitely recommend

We've been using Baromar ever since we got our dog - a recommendation from a family member who has always used them too. They've used Baromar for decades (several dogs in that time!) and love them. We also love them! Really helpful and friendly staff and our dog Dingo is always excited to see them and doesn't want to leave.
Dingo is "special" and doesn't like other dogs (he's a rescue and was attacked when he was young and with a previous owner) and Baromar are always accommodating. They also update us on his behaviour whenever we pick him up.
Faultless.

Ignore the 1 star Talking around many years ago our young 16 month old boxer dogs life was taken because she became unwell whilst in these kennels care they failed to call a vet when we got back she looked like a neglected dog bones sticking out of ber body. When we picked her up we were devestated at the sight of her the woman quickly tried to cover up saying shed lost this weight in 24 hours our vet said that was not possible Our vet tried to save her but was beyond that. Even our vet said they failed there duty of care Will never forget our beautiful dog! Stay well clear would tell anyone who

Someone picked our dog up out the front of our house and took him here. Then we were charged £54 for his few minutes stay, even though he has an up to date micro chip with our contact details on. When chatting to the lady I mentioned we hadn't been contacted and he'd only been missing for a max of 15 minutes, most of which I had been checking the roads by our house. She said that she was just logging him on and that the fee is payable when a dog is logged on. I said don't log him on I will collect him, she refused and said I had to pay. They only accept CASH for his release, all seems to be a

Very disappointed to be leaving this review. I have used this kennels a few times over the years. My previous dog loved the place. I booked my 1 year old pup in over Christmas as we believed it to be in everyone's best interests. When we collected him we were informed that there had been a "small incident" and he got caught in his collar which had to be cut off to release him. It was delivered to us in a way which led us to believe the collar was the only damage. When we got Oakley home we saw a piece of flesh hanging from his face. He was not himself at all and upon closer look he had an infection

Had give 1 star but would have gave it 0 if that was an option.
Total lack of communication was not informed about dog drop off times. I would have to waited 2 hours if I choose to use them but after being able to walk around the whole complex and kennels unchallenged, I choose a different kennels.
Considering this is the dearest kennels I found I would expect better communication and customer service overall.
