Absolutely excellent service received today as an emergency patient. I was seen by Shamina Asif who was wonderful, professional and so thorough with my eye examination. I have been suffering with floaters in my right eye, they saw me as an emergency patient, did all the necessary tests and reassured me all was fine. I am going back in 2 weeks for a full eye test, as feel the service I received at Moores Opticians was was second to none. Excellent service, lovely friendly staff, would totally recommend to anyone who needs eye care or an eye test.

Need to urgent see an Optom due to suddenly having vision issues in one eye. Luckily they were the only Opticians in the area kind enough to see me.
Lovely dispenser greeted us at the door and the store had a good Covid spacing policy.
Quickly seen by a very professional and patient Optometrist called Shamina. She gave me a thorough check up and diagnosed the problem and explained it very well.
Was able to supply the treatment, and overall a fabulous service!

This is my first experience of independent optician and I must say I am impressed! The professionalism and time taken by the optician at Moores exceeded my expectations. The optician picked up a problem I have with my eyes which the previous optician at a National chain missed! The difference in my vision after getting the new glasses was like having cataracts removed from my eyes! So if you want a thorough eye test and not be rushed then I can wholeheartedly recommend Moores Opticians!

I had my diabetic screening today. I was seen on time and everything went smoothly. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I would strongly recommend this opticians.

I contacted Moores Optician through the Primary Eye Care Trust from my GP's website. I had a real problem with one of my eyes & had waited 4 hrs for a phone call from my doctor so I contacted Moores for advice and the service I got was excellent. I was dealt with straight away with a photo of my eye problem sent by email & I was phoned straight back with an answer saying I was being referred to hospital with a letter sent to my GP. I was so impressed with the service Moores offered me so quickly I won't hesitate in future to contact them again with any eye problem rather than going to my GP as
