When you're thinking of selling your existing property and moving to a new home, it's important that you try and budget accurately. The more accurately you can estimate this figure, the better. To enable you to work out this, you first need to know what your total available funds are and then subtract the cost of moving home.
Many of us are looking for a better mortgage deal, or would like to release some of the equity in our home but the process is often not as easy as it first appears. We will work with you to check the terms and conditions of your existing mortgage. These will tell if you are tied-in to your mortgage deal or if there are any early repayment charges.
This can be a popular mortgage option for those wishing to invest in residential rental property. Although the perception is that buy to let mortgages are expensive, this isn't necessarily correct. There are many lenders who offer competitive rates, which in many cases are generally similar to the rates offered on a standard mortgage.
Shared-ownership is a great way into home ownership and is the main affordable housing scheme. If you can't afford to buy outright, you can part buy/part rent your home. You might buy a 25%, 50% or 75% share in your home. You pay a rent for the share that you don't buy normally set at an 'affordable' rate of, say, 2.75%.

As I am a first time buyer, Kimberley and Harvey provided best service possible. She helped me and encouraged me through the whole process of buying the property. She never tired of answering my questions, and sometimes ridiculous questions and was always reachable and available even if my questions weren't just about the mortgage sourcing. She communicated with my solicitor on behalf of me when the the process has been delayed .She ensured to complete the whole process before the deadline.

Kevin and the team at mortguage source have been fantastic, replying to multiple emails daily extremely responsive and answering any questions I had to ask, (I had no clue about mortguage and what I needed etc) I was referred to Kevin from family and will definitely be reccomending to anyone else I know .

A fantastic service throughout.
We first went to visit Mortgage Source just to find out about a mortgage for my son. Kim was so helpful from the start. When he found a flat he wanted to buy, the estate agent recommended a mortgage advisor of their own, but we chose to stay with Mortgage Source and we are so glad we did.
Buying, his first flat did not turn out to be a straight forward process, with the first purchase falling through and then the need for a change of solicitor part way through the second purchase, but Kim and her team were always there, chasing up any problems in a prompt and cheerful
