Nightmare experience throughout... I went against my better judgement using Sarah and unfortunately my gut feeling was proved to be correct. I've just come to the end of a hellish number of months using Mortgage Access Ltd. and all I can say is avoid at all costs unless you're looking for a 6 month headache.
