Whilst there is increasing focus on BIU Part 1 - Asset Performance, which assesses the sustainability of a physical asset, the application of Part 2 of BIU - Management Performance - is far less common. Building with Nature is the UK's first benchmark for Green Infrastructure, providing a framework for the delivery of high-quality spaces which consider health and wellbeing, sustainable water management, ecology and biodiversity.
