At Allsopp, we let and manage a variety of furnished and unfurnished properties throughout Harpenden and Hertfordshire for rent. As members of the DPS all security deposits are transferred straight there until the end of the tenancy. Please keep in mind that a range of rigorous checks on all prospective tenants will be carried out and we will require at least one and a half full month's rent as a deposit and one month's rent paid in advance.

They had email confirmation from us that we are cash in the bank cash buyers, but still told seller that we are in complicated position where we need to sell our property and secure mortgage.
We got there at the end, but they tried really hard to not to make it happen. One can only guess what was the motivation behind it.
Sweet talking, but unprofessional with absolutely no integrity or morals.
Triple check everything if you decide to deal with them.

Having recently dealt with this company I can honestly say they are extremely good at what they do! They are efficient and helpful in every aspect of selling a house without being 'pushy'. They are always available for those endless questions you forget to ask at a meeting!

Nick, Charlie and the team at Allsopp are a dream to work with. I have since worked with many more estate agents after moving away from Harpenden and these guys are hands down the best. I didn't think I'd ever say this about an estate agent but I truly miss working with them. We rented a property from them in Harpenden for 2 years. They're always very dependable, prompt to respond to our requests and on hand with good recommendations/solutions to our queries. They also have a good relationship with the landlord, which helps a lot from a tenant's perspective when it comes to negotiations and finding

Nick at Allsopp has been absolutely amazing helping us find somewhere to rent in Harpenden, and they were so fast to respond and sort any small issues with the property that popped up. These guys are the best estate agents in Harpenden hands down. They're super swift, their fees are reasonably priced compared to other estate agents in the area (not over priced e.g compared to Frost's who charge way more to tenants than Allsopps, which put me off dealing with Frost's of a potential property I wanted to rent) and the guys at Allsopps go the extra mile to help you out above and beyond. What more can a customer want? Nothing. I've dealt with a lot of agents in England when I've bought properties, sold, or let as either a Landlord myself or a tenant, and these are the best.
