Describe in a few words a typical day for you at VA. I don't really have a 'typical' VA day as everyday is so different which is what I love most about VA! However there are a few core tasks which I do every day to ensure the business runs smoothly, these are tasks like checking rents are in and paid so we keep happy landlords, responding to emails and ensuring the VA team have all the resources and support they need to deliver a great service.

I was managing my property myself and then started to have issues with my tenant not paying rent. I contacted VA for some advise who were happy to help. As the process was proving difficult and causing a lot of stress and strain on my health, I had asked VA to take over the full management of my property. Since taken over the management, Emma Burroughs the tenancy manager who is very professional and hard working and stands her ground has managed to obtain all rent owed along with getting my property back.

I am really impressed with this agency. They arranged a viewing very quickly after my initial call despite it being the Christmas period. The agent who showed me round was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. They dealt with my paperwork very quickly and I was picking up my keys in no time. When collecting the keys the staff were super helpful and friendly and left me in no doubt that they would be a phone call away if I need anything else.
