Due to unforeseen circumstances for my current Landlord, we were given the absolute minimum notice to vacate the property. This placed us under huge pressure to find another suitable house. We had an offer on our flat within 4 days. The team targeted the flat at specific buyers given its originality and this highly individual strategy worked wonders.
