ПŒŸ the staff here are so warm and friendly. We did 10 nights here in December with the Gremlins. We had B.B.D .
No complaints at all the swimming pool was nice and warm 2 lifeguards work at all times.
The sauna and steam room was worth everything.
There's also a hot tub . I used once.
I feel a bit sorry for the cleaners they were sweeping water nonstop because the showers and pool water..
All in all we're looking forward to trying here in the summer.

It was shocking, staff rude to say the least obviously have no idea about the basic job of bar service. Do you have irish whisky no but we have sexton obviously irish and served in a cognac glass. Large gin and tonic in a wine glass 😳, above all hotel residents area and you don't serve coffee after 8 30 as machine has been cleaned. You should be about customers especially when they are residents. Can you please explain this disgraceful behaviour as I am in the same business and would never tolerate this negligence of customer service

Can't fault the place for what we paid. Stayed a week, happy to come back again. Yes the room furniture was a bit tired, but everything worked, was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast arrangements worked well and all staff were great. Free use of the leisure facilities was a great touch. The food and drink in the restaurant/bar were fine and well priced.

Room is dated but it was very clean and spacious. We had a great sleep. Very happy with room.
We ate at the restaurant and had a few drinks too. Staff are wonderful. Friendly and cheerful. Food was great.
Sam stood out most ... She was very friendly and clearly a hard worker.
Breakfast was great.
All round very friendly staff and would stay here again if in the area.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, great facilities and wonderful staff! Especially Leanne who we can’t thank enough for helping our friend pull off a great surprise for myself and my mam which just made our night away extra special. Would 100% recommend staying here, perfect for couples, families and groups. Will definitely be returning!
