We moved out of London six years ago so that we can offer the same quality but with lower costs. There was also the small matter of commuting to a farm near Burford rather than to a city industrial estate - we prefer being based near our ingredients!

We strive to make sure that you are completely relaxed on the big day, absolutely confident in our ability to do a superb job. We work with great local suppliers who we know and trust, so we can source fantastic, fresh ingredients on our doorstep.

Starting in London's Notting Hill, we now have kitchens in the Cotswolds and we are just as at home cooking for star-studded opening nights in the West End as we are cooking our famous barbeques under the stars in a Gloucestershire field.

Many thanks for making our wedding reception run so smoothly. There were so many compliments about the canapés and meal, which was outstanding, but also about how professional and friendly your staff were.
