Jacky Jones to me is the best recruitment agent in the business.....she is professional, cordial....and extremely polite. She is on the ball when it comes to correctly placing contractors in roles that suite them. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Plenty of work if you want it but communication is extremely poor...wages are often incorrect ( as in most weeks) and when asked for correction its ignored ..holidays booked but not paid ..but they're quick enough to hound you when they require something...can't wait to sign off from the company...steer clear!

Will start with good point, they got me work at zorba in ebbw vale straight away and I got a full time contract out of it, that’s the only good point
Wages- had 3 different hourly rate while I worked for them , pay was constantly wrong and when you chase it up they were not respond to you the office refused to give me the phone number for accounts to speak to them to direct It had to be done by email and they never bother responding to you, he would work overtime but they would only pay you standard rate , when I was finishing I had holiday pay outstanding when I chased up accounts with this

Disgusting attitude, thinks its ok to just ignore you and leave you sat there whilst emptying out an old box of papers even though we was the only people in the shop (so they wasn't exactly rushed off their feet). Then when politely asked if we could be dealt with due to time restraints, got attitude off the bloke "dealing with us"... If this is how they deal with people coming in looking for work imagine how they'll treat you once you're on their books and reliant on them for work... Forget it, go across the street to Acorn people or anywhere else...
