From day one they were first class. I got made redundant from a previous job and I was in a job within a week of applying with the agency and have since been made permanent in that role. Regular contact from Millie and Rhiannon made the whole process straightforward and smooth throughout, I can’t fault them at all. This recruitment is the BEST recruitment I’ve ever signed up with, from Newport or Cardiff areas. They’ve actually cared about me, weekly ringing to check if I’m doing okay. Straight on looking for another job for me when I couldn’t get made permanent in the company I was temping for. Honestly I have had nothing but good experience with St David's, massively helpful and definitely do their best to find you work. I've found multiple work placements though them, and despite leaving the first on my own accord after finding a permanent job, they still made it a priority I found a job after I reconnected with them once Covid hit. They also care about placing you in a job which matches your skillset, so you don't end up taking on a lot of work which isn't relevant to your field which is so good!
