Worst agency ever. They take £50-60 a week for no apparent reason if your happy to work hard and received pay a 16 year old at McDonald's receives this is the agency for you. I have worked for many agencies and sphere solutions is by far the worst. I was working on site and the site manager asked me if I'm able to work for two month and I said yes only problem is you have to change agencies. I said thats fine what are the rates. He spoke to Amanda from sphere and he passed me the phone and I spoke with Amanda and she told me 10.75 a hour is your rate as your Currently on 10.50 with another agencies

I have been dealing with Ed Ongley since 2009. Sphere seems to have the best jobs in site engineering, they also ensure your face fits within their client's culture. Any issues that may arise are dealt promptly and efficiently. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive and I recommend them very highly.
