I couldn’t rate the services of Owens and Porter highly enough. I’ve worked with them for over 2 years as a Director of our block and had nothing but prompt, thorough and friendly dealings with all the staff. In particular, Ryan and Lisa have managed day-to-day affairs with great effect as well as ad hoc maintenance and repair proactively and with care for the residents. No hesitation in recommending them to others.

This company is the biggest RIP off merchant I have ever come across for over a year due to water damage I have been waiting for my bathroom to be plastered and painted due to water damage but lisa Townsend is to busy and rude to either answer my email or acknowledge anything i pay over £1000 a year for window cleaning garden work and the bin area to be cleaned that's a joke and supposedly maintenance what a joke this company have a list of complaints a mile long from other residents i have threatened getting a litagator involved but still nothing so i feel my only choice is to name and shame
