Multi-Pole Fitness is a Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop studio in North Lanarkshire, with over 18 years combined experience in the pole industry we are proud to share our passion with you. Pole fitness is for everyone no matter your age*, size, strength or experience, our aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals in a fun, safe and positive environment.

Services
Our classes are tailored to suit all levels of fitness and experience from complete beginners to advanced level pole enthusiasts, whether your aim is to get fit, have fun and make new friends or perform in shows & competitions our instructors can help you achieve your goals.

We like to keep our classes small with no more than 10 students per class and no more than 2/3 people per pole meaning lots of instructor time and attention to ensure you get the most out of your session.Aerial Hoop classes have only 6 spaces. 12 Spaces in Stretch and Flexibility.
We are located in central coatbridge across the road from the asda car park and close to the faraday retail park. The area is serviced well with regular public transport and only a 6 minute walk from Coatbridge central train station or a 12 minute walk from Coatbridge Sunnyside train station. If you are travelling by car we are 20 minutes from Glasgow City Centre and our car park is located on Whittington Street behind the business centre.
What should I wear to class? You should wear comfortable sports attire for warm-up and a t-shirt or vest top and shorts for the pole session. Long trousers and t-shirt or vest top for Aerial Hoop sessions and Stretch. Please remove all jewellery and no body lotion or hand creams. I'm not confident wearing shorts can I wear leggings?
Leanne started pole fitness in 2010 she has always enjoyed fitness based classes and after her first pole class she was hooked. She has been sharing her passion for pole fitness since 2011 when she was offered the opportunity to teach at her pole school, she loves how pole fitness allows you to appreciate your body for what it can do rather than how it looks.

Love this pole studio. Don't think I'd train anywhere else. Instructors are lovely and all the students are so supportive.

I always leave the class with having learned more moves, whilst building up strength and confidence. The instructors are amazing and take time to support you individually to ensure you are learning moves correctly and safely. Starting a class by yourself seems scary but the EVERYONE is so supportive and it is a great opportunity to meet new people and have fun at the same time. Would 100% recommend.

One of the most welcoming studios! Leanne, Deborah and Loren are all fantastic instructors who know their stuff and teach a range of levels from complete beginner all the way up to advanced. I always feel supported and encouraged in class and they always have something new for us to try and it feels like all the students are encouraged to work together as a team 😍. Love coming to class and would definitely recommend! ❤

Great place to learn. All 3 instructors are amazing, friendly, welcoming and helpful, as well as all of the students. Always a fun way to spend an evening and a great all round workout. Couldn’t recommend Multipole fitness highly enough.

Been loving the pole classes since starting, built so much confidence and have fun in every class! All the girls are super supportive and the instructors are great and really make you feel at ease even if it's your first time trying something like pole dance! 💕

Absolutely lovely instructors and such a nice family atmosphere. The instructors always work with you to do your best and there's new moves to learn constantly so you never get bored. 100% recommend to anyone thinking about trying it out.

After two years of asking myself if I should go to the pole classes I finally went in March and I LOVE it! I’ve noticed so much confidence and body changes in myself. I love the classes, there are so much support there and all the girls are so lovely. I’ll never know why I was worried in the first place! Pole-fitness is the place to be to build confidence, meet new gals and better yourself!x

The classes offered here are fantastic. I have realised my body is capable of much more than I thought it was. I am constantly learning new moves and improving on moves. These classes are for everyone of all types, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. I look forward to my wee class every week.

One of the best things I’ve ever done was starting Multi-Pole Fitness! The fear of starting a brand new hobby by myself was totally eliminated within minutes of being welcomed into the class ♥️ Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and you’re encouraged to push yourself but never out with your comfort zone! 🤸🏼‍♂️
