Chris offers a great range of classes that are suited to all capabilities along with one on one PT. Also with the new set up in line with the government guidelines, it offers each class attendee their own personal space with weight station, sanitising products and personal item container. Ive been going to this gym for 3+ years and I can't recommend him enough.
With the continuing uncertainty around covid rules, Chris has decided to keep the format as is so no worrying about sharing equipment. The gym is cleaned after every class so is always immaculate. Plus the members are all fun to be around
