Dogs are boarded on a strictly one to one basis in family homes so they can get the same care and attention that they would at home. As our carers only board one families dog(s) at any one time you can guarantee they won't be out on dogs walks or looking after other dogs & cats. This ensures your dog will be the centre of attention for their entire holiday with us!

Having grown up with a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters it was inevitable that I would end up working with animals! Over 30 years ago whilst living in Hyde Park barracks, London I began dog sitting and walking, often taking care of the officers animals when on duty.
Now based in Totton the doggy family consists of the 4 Dachshunds Lulu, Dolly, Charlie and Teddy who are all kept in check by Merlin & Guinevere the British short hair cats.

We like to think of ourselves as a friendly, local business and as such we like to keep our pricing and services as simple as possible! On contacting Pet Carers we will arrange a meeting with a carer suitable for your dogs requirements that is available to care for your dog during your holiday dates, if you are happy with the carer we ask that you pay a booking/insurance fee from the total in order to secure the dates with us.
So you've seen our prices, you know all about us and the only thing left to find out is "What happens next?" 1. Call Pet Carers when you know the dates you are looking for. 2. Pet Carers will ask you some questions in order to determine who would be most suitable for your dog. 3. Your carer will telephone you and invite you to come along with your dog for a meeting.
On completion of the Pet Carers registration form it will be deemed the Client has accepted the Terms and Conditions of Pet Carers and accepts the information contained within the Registration Form. Copy available on request and on website. 2. Bookings are not confirmed until the non-refundable or transferrable booking/insurance fee has been paid and bookings cancelled with less than one weeks notice will be charged at the full rate.
I wanted to thank you for putting us in touch with Rose and James. Jet has come back looking in top condition and very happy. Their communication and support was fantastic, especially as he wasn't well the morning of the day I dropped him off.
