Purchased a Ford Ranger, extremely helpful service given lockdown circumstances, time was taken to answer all of our questions with extra video footage provided, delivered to us in Scotland within a few days, car exactly as described. Arranged a test drive, part exchange and agreed a rough price, but they sold it to someone else before I got there. It meant I wasted a couple of hours cleaning my car and on the phone to my insurers.
Edited - then had the nerve to call up and complain about this review. Rude - doesn't even begin to cover it!

Great service, no rush!
Bought a Nissan Primastar in May. Called and paid the deposit to secure the van. Buying experience was 5 stars, dealer was honest about the van and it's condition. It's been over 2 months and there are no problems with the van. At the time of sale the dealer didn't rush me into buying, gave the keys and let me took my time to check the van. A top dealer who deserves a lot more reviews. He'll be my first choice in the future when buying a car or a van. Thank you for your great service!

Vehicle exactly as described.
I paid the screen price for the vehicle as it was very good value for money.
When I collected the van they had replaced the 2 xfront tyres with new and done a engine service oils filters etc.
I have had the vehicle for Round 3 x weeks now.
Very pleased with the van and I will use Rigby van sales again.
A SMALL family run business with a can do attitude.
For clarification I did not know this company before I found the van I wanted with them

I am willing to wager I am the only customer whom has taken one of James's vehicles for a test drive and got stuck in a field BEFORE buying the van! Not only was he almost immediately there to tow me out with a 4x4, he also allowed me to have a deal for a great price. Fantastic. Thanks James, big thumbs up Sir : )

I have been a client of Geoff Rigby and Son for over 25 years. In all that time I have never had a problem with any vehicle. I have bought Nissan's, Discoveries, transit vans and cars and I have always had excellent service. i had my last vehicle, a Nissan Navara for over 4 years with no issues at all, not even an advisory on any MOT. In fact I have just bought another van off him!! I would highly recommend Geoff Rigby and Son to anyone who needs a reliable vehicle at a competitive price. I don't make a habit of recommending anyone but I certainly recommend this company!
