Services
We are a team of highly skilled and experienced sheet metal workers and fabricators who produce high quality work. Most of our work demands tight tolerances and although we love customers who give us long deadlines, we are well used to turning difficult jobs out at very short notice. We are friendly, conscientious, reliable and believe that we offer an excellent service that is competitively priced.
We undertake CNC Laser Cutting for small and large quantity batches from steel and aluminium sheet upto 5mm thick. Our AMADA LC-2415 CNC LASER is equipped with full CAD/CAM support for job set up including automatic nesting of components for material use optimisation.
A broad range of work can be carried out on the AMADA LC-2415 CNC LASER including enclosures, boxes and metalwork for large fabrications through to high volume bracketry and small fine limit precision components.

We offer Mig and Tig welding of mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. This service is available as part of the general fabrication service or as a stand alone service for free issue material. We operate 3 dedicated welding bays, all equipped with MIG facilities and two with TIG facilities, which allows us a significant production capacity.
Sheet Metal Fabrication can be undertaken of components up to 300kg in weight although heavier items can be handled under certain conditions, ie, unassembled final assemblies etc. Our facilities are large and allow us to handle long fabrications such as architectural metalwork and signwork.
Fabrications can be undertaken in all standard materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium although we are happy to work with other materials such as copper, brass and most engineering plastics. As a small flexible company we are happy to take on complex bespoke fabrication projects.

We offer sheet metal rolling for components up to 1.2m wide using a motorised bending roll capable of manual pinching and cone bending with pre-bending capability. Our skilled engineers are experienced in the rolling of sheet metal in a wide range of shapes.
Whilst CNC technology has automated and streamlined most engineering processes sheet rolling remains a precision art reliant more on the skill of the engineer than any other manufacturing processes. We are happy to undertake sheet rolling for general fabrication projects as well as sub-contract requirements.
