Services
Established in 1977, MT Perry Engineering Ltd employs approximately 10 staff from its 30002ft Maidenhead facility and offers a range of precision engineering services. Over the years the company has developed specialist skills through serving the food, pharmaceutical and conveying sectors offering specialist high quality stainless steel fabrication services combined with in house design and full project management.
Our CNC punching services are suitable for the production of medium to high volume component production such as brackets, flanges and general profiles in most materials. The CNC punch also allows us to manufacture larger sheet metal profiles for enclosures, chassis, boxes and general fabrication requirements.
Combined with the Promecam which is a much smaller 25 Ton x 1200mm work station we have the facilities to undertake the metal bending of brackets, profiles and hems as well as boxes, cabinets, trays and general fabrications. We standardise on AMADA tooling which Allows for a wide range of bend types ranging from standard 90 bends, deep bending for enclosures, L-shapes and hemming through to radius bending and radius rolling.
Our in-house welding section contains modern equipment offering the very best services in MIG, TIG, MMA, Stud & Spot welding to the highest standards. Our facilities offer three dedicated welding bays which are primarily used for TIG welding, one for benchwork and the other two for larger fabrications.
We undertake the fabrication of prototypes, single units or small/medium batch production, working in all materials including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Mild Steel, Brass, Bronze and Copper. We can undertake any type of fabrication from metal frameworks, tube and sectional structures, fine limit sheet metal fabrications, and panels right through to pressure vessels, process plant components and jacketed processing plant.
