I was desperately trying multiple Psychologists to manage my stress and lack of self-confidence or perhaps self-esteem. While I felt I was going nowhere with any, I was introduced to Helen by a good friend. Helen listened to me and understood how to approach my needs. She took me step by step on a journey of my inner self. Helen changed everything for our disabled son with flight nervousness. He had been invited to NYC for a trip of a lifetime and to visit his favourite TV shows film set. He has some very complex medical needs along with being on the autistic spectrum.
