Services
We deliver counselling in Stockport and the surrounding regions. We counsel in our central 'Beacon House', in over 20 schools and in two other local charity centres. We believe that everyone should have an equal chance of good emotional well-being. For that reason, we offer one-to-one counselling and group programmes either free of charge or on a donation basis.

We regularly hear from past clients who have benefited from our services about how counselling has help to transform their lives or a particular challenge that they were facing. In 2020, the pandemic and lockdowns put many people into complete isolation and many jobs at risk, consequently putting huge pressure on mental health and resilience.
