I have been staying at Swinside End Farm twice per year for about 12 years now and I am already booked for March 2014. Swinside End is successful working farm run by the welcoming and charming Karen & Andrew Nicholson (both champion sheep breeders). Walks from the front gate and handy for the many excellent walks in the north west Lake District. Good local pub in walking distance for evening meals and the Kirkstile Inn which is a great pub/eatery is about 3 miles away.
