Kate Tilleard (now Leefe) was our founding Director and Cindy Johnson (now Managing Director) was appointed onto the board in 2010 and soon after took over the running of the business. Such a fabulous team at K2. I mostly dealt with Keri who was brilliant from my first step in the door looking for work, to sorting everything out for my full time position in Bicester village. It has been a very positive experience working with K2 as a temp at Bicester Village as well as Silverstone this year. They always have shifts available and were very flexible given my dates and timings. The communication between the staff and temps is outstanding and the team are always very friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend K2 to anyone looking for employment, Keri & the team have been amazing to work with! I approached K2 looking for temporary work over the summer where I was initially unsure about the amount of work I would receive, but instead I was consistently offered shifts similar to fulltime employment which has definitely exceeded my… expectations. Keri has been exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process by always ensuring I am up to date with any details regarding my shifts, as well as responding quickly to any questions I had. Overall, I 100% recommend K2!

K2 are amazing, I started working for them just as the virus hit us, I worked through them for just over a year and couldn’t fault them at all. Andy is great and made me feel I was a person and not just a number on their books. I would 100% recommend K2 recruitment if you are looking for employment suited to your needs, they are so flexible around what you want allowing you to commit to whatever you feel comfortable with without being forced into shifts. I have been dealing with Jane from K2 in Bicester and she has been wonderful. I was put forward for 3 jobs, the first 2 did not work out but the 3rd one offered me a position. It did not take Jane long to get me into a job and she kept looking and communicating with me until she found the right one.I can't recommend K2 and especially Jane enough!

I can only say this recruitment agency is absolutely amazing. They provide professional service all the way through. I have been in touch with many more agencies during my job search but K2 was the only one made the effort. I had such a wonderful experienced working as a temp. I have been working in different variety of luxury brand in Bicester Village for nearly 2 years. K2 didn't let me down I always got a shifts every weekend. As a mum of a young child it's really hard to find a job. Went into K2 around 3 months ago and when I was there they spoke about how they had a lot of ideal jobs for me etc. On leaving they said we will be in contact if anything pops up or just to see where your job search currently lies. I have no heard one peep from this recruitment agency and this is very poor. Not even to say if I had it hadn’t been successful for job roles which I was put forward for. I went to K2 regardless of people telling me that they weren’t the best in Bicester and low and behold I unfortunately realised this for myself.

Proactive, communicative and passionate. Within a week of meeting with Jane, she'd arranged my first interview. Just over two weeks later-I was offered my ideal role with a lovely company. Jane literally replied straight away, she supported me when I was worried after my interview and ultimately she guided me through a process that is hard on anyone.
