Gave all my I'd and was told consultant will call me back least they could do is give a feedback if not successful. However why ask for ID check if they not going to do anything ie help the person get a job. Its been over a month when I ask abt the status for job application you don't get a proper answer not ver professional don't bother and waste your time.

A couple of months ago, I was looking for employment. I called up the agency, I spoke to Diane, she booked an appointment to come and see her for her to register me. When I case in it wasnt the best service, I will decide for the readers to make a judgment on that. So when I came , i felt as if she was rushing me. I filled out the form, i didnt have my cv. she said I can email it over, which she never gave an email for me to do so. I asked to use the toilet ad she said its not for customers, which is fair enough if that is the case ( which it is not). A few days later I made a complaint how poor
