Edith Rose Nurseries have been providing childcare in Ascot and Windsor for more than 30 years. Both settings are small-scale enabling our team of expert childcare professionals to give their undivided attention to each child to the benefit of their development. We work towards the Early Years Foundation Stage inspiring the children to learn using their natural curiosity.

Services
They are chargeable 51 weeks of the year regardless of sickness, holidays and bank holidays. Monthly fees are calculated by multiplying the weekly fee by 51 weeks then dividing it by 12 months. We offer a 10% discount for the eldest sibling when both children attend for two full days or more. Please ask management for a sheet to show the fees when applying funding as fees vary depending on how many hours of funding you use at our setting.
We take great care when it comes to recruitment. Each team member goes through a vigorous recruitment process to ensure that they are a good fit for our existing team and share our core values. We provide regular training for our entire team to ensure that they are at the top of their profession and up to date with the latest legislation which governs our industry.
Caters for up to 12, 2-3 year old children. We set up the area to cover the Early Years Foundation stage framework (EYFS). We make sure that these areas are attractive to the children by ensuring there is something to cover each child's interests and learning needs. We vary activities during the day, which enables the children to experience other aspects of the EYFS and continually develop.
Free play - am and pm of Invitations or provocations to play that encourage the children to independently practice skills that they have been previously taught, experiment and explore, learning as they play. Using their natural curiosity to inspire their play and learning with adults on hand to support and aid them as required.
We have been using Edith Rose Nursery in Ascot for a number of years now. Our children have had such a great experience and have come on leaps and bounds. The staff are excellent and friendly - the type of activities they do are engaging with the kids and more importantly, you can trust them.

I adore this nursery and all the staff who work there. I started using them in April 2018 for my then 3 year old and 17 month old. I visited numerous nurseries before Edith Rose. I was immediately struck by how calm and homely the nursery felt. It is much smaller than all the others I had seen and because of this it means all the children get to know all the staff and become one big family. My eldest son started school in September 2019 and the staff did an excellent job to prepare him for this. My youngest son still goes there and will continue to do so until he starts school this September. He
