I am a relocation agent who mainly deals in London, however I recently had a search in the Plymouth area. I spoken with a large number of agents for this search, Seamus McCoy was by far the most proactive and response agent to deal with. Unfortunatley we did not conclude a deal together with the client but I would have no hesitation in recommending Seamus to anyone looking to rent a property or relocation agents looking for assistance for searches in that area.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This agency is one of the best letting agency in the whole of Plymouth! Mark and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to help us with the issues we had with our previous agency, we are extremely grateful and I don’t think I could ever find the words to express our gratitude towards them for everything they have done for us. Cannot fault Mark, Jackie and the team at Beresford ward at all. Can honestly say I have never dealt with a more professional and competent lettings agent ever. Following on from a difficult situation with my move before linking up with Beresford Ward they kept me informed throughout the process of my application to move into my new home. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed a genuine interest in me as a tenant. Beresford Ward is a family run business and it really shows. Great team, better service.

These guys are absolutely fab. Can't recommend them enough! The staff have been friendly, polite, accommodating and helpful since my first contact with them. Nothing is too much trouble, James (who dealt with my rental property) was great, always replied promptly to any questions (and there were a few!) that I had prior to moving in. As for the fees, they have to be the most reasonable that I've ever come across! Everything was explained thoroughly to me and there were no hidden charges or unexpected extra costs. When I have encountered small problems with the property, they have been dealt with

I dealt with James for the viewing and he was prompt and helpful. In the afternoon when we went to start the paperwork James again was helpful and helped us speed through the paperwork very quickly - we managed to get from viewing to moving in in 2 days!
When we arrived to sign the contract James got us started even though we were early and then handed us over to Debra who finished the paperwork and we get everything completed quickly and without fuss.
We had an issue with the car park beeper as it ran out of batter but this was also sorted very quickly and without any problems.
