The first step is to contact us to provide brief details about yourself and about the accommodation you require. We then search our database for suitable properties for you to view. If not urgent, we log your details so that we can contact you as suitable properties become available.

Plymouth Estates found me tenants for my property and I have been very pleased with their service and glad that I chose them for the tenant find service. They have always been very helpful by phone and at the property visit and have given good advice on how to prepare the property for letting. They are professional and friendly to deal with and have found me super tenants. Thank you Plymouth Estates!

My wife and I just wanted to pass on some feedback of our recent experience with Plymouth Estates Lettings, from a tenants perspective.
To say we have been impressed is an understatement!! All of the staff have been incredibly professional, courteous and efficient. We have dealt with Elliott mostly, who has been outstanding, but all the staff have been fabulous. Elliott went over and above what we expected from a lettings agent. A great team who are a credit to Plymouth Estates Lettings. Emails and call were always answered promptly and efficiently. Fabulous!!

Excellent professional company - staff are very friendly and helpful. Very thorough from the word go up until you vacate which you cannot fault them for - after all they’re looking after people’s investments but also looking after you. Will 100% use again.

Found to be a pro landlord company in my opinion .
Had carpet and building professionally cleaned prior to departure
Check out inspection for a 2bed bungalow took over 2hrs . With landlord present aswell. (The forensic team) Even asked after a brush from 4 yrs ago. Carpet a bit worn in door way? ( 4yrs walking on it) bit of dust on blinds???
A very stressful experience.
