Services
Beechwood Property Services Ltd is a family business founded in 1996, providing services for communal areas of residential apartment blocks. The business has since grown steadily, with approximately 200 staff and a professional management team. We are firmly established as one the leading providers of Cleaning Services and provision of Front Desk and Concierge Staff in London.
Our experienced mobile cleaning teams are fully equipped and are allocated to different parts of London and geographical areas we provide services to. We currently have a fleet of vans with teams of our cleaning operatives paired up in two's to provide a professional and courteous service to the residents of the building.
On site cleaning staff we employ range from a lone worker to working up to a team of 11 staff with on site cleaning supervisors usually providing daily services but this varies. Our clients feel they receive the best value for their money as our staff are on site for the duration of the clean and can accommodate any emergency requests.
The role is varied with elements of building maintenance, some general cleaning / litter picking duties, site security and supervision of contractors. Our experienced caretakers will be interacting with residents, contractors, couriers and visitors and hold calm and friendly approach, supported by excellent communications skills.
Our Contracts Manager will have full responsibility for the management of the sites we service. The Contracts Manager responsible for the contracts can be contacted any time for site attendance. To ensure that all work is organised and carried out, and that trained staff are deployed to carry out each task, materials are ordered and used on the correct cleaning application.
