We resource our portfolio properly, and look after our clients properties with a team of experienced, customer-focussed professionals. Ben comes to us from a lengthy career in Housing Associations, culminating in a senior position as an area manager for one of the country's largest social landlords.
We were established in 2008 and since then have worked to build a reputation as the sector's most service-focussed managing agent. Today, we have a team of 70 and we operate from two offices. London, which covers the M25 area and Manchester, which covers the Greater Manchester area, Liverpool and Leeds.
99% of our Management Portfolio is made up of Residents Management Companies or other Residents groups. Our 70-strong team of professionals has the skills, experience and resources you need to manage your property effectively.
Our suite of management reports has been designed exclusively with the Directors of Management Companies and Right to Manage Companies in mind. They are clear, concise, and designed to offer you absolute clarity. To accompany our reports, our property management team have a system to book and deliver a regular regime of client meetings - and we meet with most clients at least each month.
When you or your co-owners report a fault or repair, we're able to offer warranties on response times. We will guarantee all new non-emergency issues are logged as a request within 24hrs and are generally able to arrange for contractors to attend within a further 24hrs. We make sure our clients can contact us easily and quickly.

Laura Hales is professional and helpful and she is keen to make changes in our RC Court which had been managed unfairly and badly by some of the directors whom abuse their responsibilities and don not sure information with other residence.

Very responsive service from the management, which has been fundamental in the first few weeks of moving into my new property. Everyone I have dealt with at the head office so far has been lovely and helpful, in particular my most recent experience with Matthew Turner - not only he responded to every question I threw at him this morning, he helped me get some quotes and provided advice with issues outside of the management’s responsibilities. As I’m still settling in, helps to know there is someone on the other side of the phone I can reach out to.

Absolutely terrible level of service. We have been waiting to have our gate and intercom sorted for the last 2 months, which is affecting every apartment within our complex. We have had multiple excuses as to why this hasn’t taken place from chasing up with the manufacturer, which was understandable at first but is now frankly unacceptable. Packages are subsequently being stolen as we aren’t aware as and when deliveries are here. Stay far far away if you value efficiency, and reasonable turnaround time for issues.

Since HAUS took over management of my block, the standards of the property has dropped. Service charges have increased immensely. They tried to charge £150 for sending a remainder email, which I challenged and got cancelled. There has been no meetings between Leaseholders and the Directors for concerns to be raised or for the continuous increase in rates to be challenged. Sent an email for escalation to the Directors before Christmas, still no direct response. Very disappointed.

An incredibly careless approach to their responsibilities as well as numerous changes in building management leading to a total break down in managing key issues and running up substantial debts for residents to cover. Queries take months to investigate, communications are slow and vague, clarifications are rarely available in time sensitive issues. Avoid this company at all costs. Their building managers treat their residents with contempt.
