6 years after I left the flat managed by Primeland and I still have nightmares because of this place.
I decided to write this review because I noticed that they deleted the old business listing because it had too many bad reviews including my original one. This already says a lot on how sketchy and shady these people are.
I can't remember all the details now but here is a teaser of what you can expect if you decide to walk into their office:

It tells you a lot about an agency that deleted their profile so that they could start from scratch as they're so dodgy.
As far as malpractice goes, there's no better than Primeland, they will rent you a room or property that is borderline hazardous and they will still try to stall the return of your deposit.
In our case, they knew about a leak from the ceiling upstairs, but as they do, instead of fixing it, they rather just replaced the ceiling plaster instead. Lo and behold almost a year later during the night the whole ceiling collapses. Hazardous, dangerous and incredibly irresponsible. That

I can't believe Primeland managed to delete their old reviews and start from scratch! It says a lot about all the skeletons they're hiding in their closet. Not to worry though, I have no problem reposting my old review and even if it just helps one potential tenant from getting scammed, I will have succeeded.

I rented from them for almost 2 years a room.
Every time I asked from some repairs they always ignored me.
They every asked for a feedback because they know their quality.
So if you're looking for a room where you can feel at home is NOT the right agency.
They are looking just for money, don't don't care about people.
