I'm having to move out very quickly as Ultimate are unable to put professional people in houseshares. The smell of weed and lack of sleep from the volume of noise at night is unbearable.
I've spoken to the individual involved and management about it to no effect. To be honest, there may not be much they can do once a tenant is placed.

I rented a room from them just over 3 years, in lovely Rotherhithe. They were very quick resolving any problems. The house was nice and well looked after.

I am so pleased with my experience at Ultimate Lets! The house I rented was in beautiful condition and the agents were so responsive - every issue (major or minor) that cropped up was fixed immediately. They are fair with their services and there are no nasty surprises - what you see is what you get. What was meant to be a short-term let turned into 2 and a half years of renting with them. Can't recommend them enough!
