Wonderful accommodation and the owners are absolutely lovely. They have become friends for life. It's also a wonderful place to stay with dogs as there is plenty of land for your dog to run around in and Skipwith Common offers great walks and is only 5 minutes away by car. Highly recommend a stay at South Newlands Farm.

We stayed in Crown Cottage 5 stars in terms of true accessibility for wheelchairs or ambulant persons. Large 3 bedroom bungalow, accessed via driveway, through the kitchen complete with L shaped kitchen and large dining table seats 8 with good circulation space here and in the hall. There is a small TV, dishwasher, electric hob and microwave. Dishwasher tabs, cloth, wash up liquid and tea towel provide. The main bathroom has a wet floor shower area, and a small deep path (perfect for our boy) a large turning circle and a drop down rail at the toilet. Hand and bath towels provided for each person
