I would give it 10 stars if I could, as 5 is not nearly enough. It was amazing and immaculate and even Milk and Juice in the fridge which was a lovely touch and not forgetting the dog biscuits that Zeberdee enjoyed. We had a fantastic stay in the Derwent Mail Carriage, what a beautiful place. Was amazed as soon as walked through the door and it kept on coming. We all fell in love with it. Most definitely coming back. The whole place is so lovely laid out and well kept. Thank you Graham and Mary for a lovely stay.

We stayed in Blackberry Halt for the weekend, And it was simply wonderful. We had to change our booking a few times due to the lockdown, but Mary & Graham we’re great at communicating so it was easy to do.
The location is perfect, quiet and in a lovely setting. Graham was warm and welcoming on arrival, and made sure we had everything we needed. Blackberry halt was warm, cosy and inviting. Measures had been put in place for COVID, and the accommodation was spotless. The little touches of milk, tea and coffee on arrival were greatly appreciated and their own bottled apple juice was delicious and

Not my holiday in fact, we visited friends who were staying, and enjoyed a BBQ in an area provided straight outside their carriage. This was their third year. I can fully see why they come here regularly, and it is a good chance for our families to catch up. The place is always very clean the facilities excellent. There is more room than a static caravan, the surroundings beautiful and calm - though it isn't for me to review staying here overnight, we were just visitors. Plenty of parking and easy to find, really handy for the main road to all the local attractions, too.
