He is an experienced Chartered Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer and a Domestic Energy Assessor with 20 years plus experience in the property industry. Prior to setting up Southview Surveyors in 2008, Naci used to work for a large corporate surveying and valuation firm carrying out valuation and survey reports for a number of major high street lenders.
James is an AssocRICS Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer and a Domestic Energy Assessor. He previously worked as a Consultant for Southview Surveyors for 10 years carrying out Domestic Energy Assessments. Peter is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 30 years in the industry, carrying out valuation and survey reports for a number of major High Street lenders and private valuations.

Southview Surveyors is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers, regulated by the RICS. We offer a wide range of services specialising in the property sector including the valuation and surveying of residential and commercial property, and energy assessment of property to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are a European Initiative designed to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings. At Southview Surveyors, our dedicated team of domestic energy assessors are highly trained and fully accredited and insured, to carry out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

Naci and the team conducted a RICS survey for my Help To Buy Valuation, in order to clear that and take full ownership of my property. They were fast, thorough, and helpful. When my solicitor let me down missing deadlines, Southview re-did the valuation quickly and somewhat saved the day! Thanks to all for a great service.

I contacted Southview Surveyors in order to gain a separate survey from the standard bank survey on the property I was purchasing...Thank god I did!
They produced a detailed home buyers report within a few days and highlighted a number of potential issues with the property which needed to be fully investigated, which I would of otherwise been blind too.
Once these were fully checked over I could purchase my dream home with peace of mind.

Totally incompetent and inept. Down valued my property citing comparables that were clearly not comparable and ignoring a property 6 doors down which was a direct comparable. They have no knowledge of local area or market yet claim to be in a position to act as subject matter experts. Would suggest anyone considering this amateur outfit steer clear of these cowboys
