Chris grew up locally and attended Brentwood School. Apart from a year working in Bristol prior to qualifying in 1980 he has been based in Essex, joining Mass & Co in 1992. He deals with residential and commercial surveys, Schedules of Condition on behalf of purchasers, valuations (including Independent Expert reports for Court), Party Wall Awards and Landlord & Tenant advice.
He is an RICS Registered Valuer and also a member of SPAB (Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings). Mark has had over 35 years experience in Essex, London and the Home Counties working for private and public clients. Quite possibly the rudest and un helpful customer service I’ve dealt with their ceo should be ashamed , the lady whom I spoke with had one of the most unprofessional phone manners to date . Will not be doing business with them in anyway purely as a result of this ! … perhaps the commission of three commercial lease hold premises is not something they are currently needing. Poor business skills is all I can say .
