Peter Franklin has over 40 years experience in the jewellery trade having served an apprenticeship in the West End of London, working for a company demanding the highest quality of workmanship.
Alongside his craft skills in making and repairing fine jewellery Peter has a diploma in gemmology (the scientific study of gemstones and diamonds) having studied whilst furthering his jewellery experience in Western Australia and is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Australia and a member of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain.Franklin Jewellers was established in 1981 when he opened a small shop in Kings Road Brentwood.
