As a jeweller of many years, I am aware that the Jewellery industry has changed very much since the 80's. Particularly with the introduction of the Internet, many cheap / imitation products hit the market and subsequently, it can be harder and harder to know whether you have a really quality piece of jewellery.

We used Terry and his amazing team to get our engagement and wedding rings made nearly 8 years ago. The service we received from Terry and the ladies was absolutely amazing. The rings were perfect. I have just picked my rings up again after having some adjustments made and polished and was not disappointed. They look amazing and brand new again. When I dropped them off a week ago, Terry and the girls remembered us from 8 years ago. Now that is such a personal service!!!! Rings are perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough. Absolute professionals and experts in their field. We have had bespoke jewellery hand made to the highest quality. Recently Terry helped my husband choose the perfect diamond bracelet for my surprise Ruby anniversary gift. We receive the same excellent customer service when we go in there for a watch battery. Some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from any jewellers. Before and after care is just one of the best I have ever come across! I will be stopping by more often if I was to need anything in regards to watches, rings and necklaces. Even items I have not seen elsewhere, I not have a very unique ring thanks to Hatton Jewellery! Truly happy with the thought and care they put into their service for what YOU need and not the opposite way from like jeweller chain stores which try to sell the most expensive item there is!
