Established in 2010, Boulangerie Bon Matin is the inspiration of Dahmane Ladjassa, a man who has worked with food since childhood. His earliest recollections are of being in the kitchen, working with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce healthy, hearty food. These principles have stayed with him to this day.
Having trained in Paris in pastry, he then went on to graduate with distinction at the top of his class in one of the best culinary schools in London. His first shop is nestled in the cosmopolitan area of Finsbury Park, bringing fresh baked goods & delicious salads to the locals. The second opened in Hampstead in late 2017, and is poised to become a welcome hub for the community.

Food tasted very good and looked great. Bit of a weird pricing policy between eat-in and eat-out. For example, in my opinion a tea shouldn't cost 50% more if you're drinking it in a more sustainable ceramic mug vs a plastic/paper take-away cup. Also wished they had better descriptions of the menu items. Had to ask about everything bc there wasn't a full menu available except for the board which only had the names of things but not what they included.
