Since opening our first shop in 1986, Pret's mission has been simple. To serve freshly made food and good organic coffee, whilst also trying to do the right thing. That's why our food is handmade in our shop kitchens throughout the day and anything we don't sell, goes to charity. That's also why our coffee is 100% organic (and always will be) and our Coffee Fund is supporting the next generation of farmers.

This is my go to Pret when I am in the office, for coffee, lunch, sweet snack. The staff are so lovely and friendly. I went in today for my lunch and I fancied trying the Vegan cookie, the manager went through the ingredients with me in the book they have to make sure it was the right cookie. Really lovely guy and nice that I get recognized as a regular :)

By magic with the Barista subscription they don't have Smoothies or Frappes. Only standard coffee, in 4 days asking for a frappe only one day "They have" the other 3 they didn't. Why advertise something that you aren't able to maintain? At least I don't think they will say "We run out of coffee" still worth it but disappointed.

For the hoards of people that come into this place ; the service is pretty fast and the employees are quite nice and polite.
The restrooms are almost always clean and comfort amble and the WiFi is fast.
Sift drinks and water are around 1 pound so it's not too expensive
They have healthy options , vegan options and plenty of sandwiches.
The pastries are not very good though.
Muffins are bland and expensive compared to other items.
The coffee is very good and strong
I am a Pret fan
