Here at Eaton & Jones we have been designing, making and selling innovative jewellery for 30 years. John and Karen opened this wonderful shop in 1989 and have both worked in the jewellery trade, as designers and manufacturers, all their lives. This included several years working in Hatton Garden and Windsor.
Have you ever wanted to design your very own piece of jewellery? A large amount of our work consists of producing bespoke items for our customers, offering support & advice throughout the whole process. Whether you want to create a new and unique piece of jewellery or want to transform a pre-existing item, we will work closely with your requests and ideas to help achieve your dream.
Do you dream of creating a beautiful piece of jewellery for a loved one or as a treat for yourself? We can help. A large amount of our work consists of producing bespoke items for our customers and we have many years of experience. We advise you from the very first drawings, all the way through to the finished item.
We hold an excellent array of beautiful and unusual jewellery in platinum, gold and silver, cultured pearls and a striking array of gemstones. We design and hand-make the majority of our pieces in our on-site workshop. Please feel free to visit out little shop and browse. Eaton and Jones, have been delightful in helping me choose and design a surprise signet ring for my other half's birthday back in March. He's received the fully engraved ring today and is so chuffed! I had an engagement ring made here using an old family ring which we redesigned. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and thoughtful about the whole process. Even with the difficulties of 2020 we found way to design it and ended up with a beautiful ring which my new fiancé loves. I would highly recommend Eaton & Jones to everyone.

Karen & the team could not be more helpful! I have had a few times where something needed to be fixed/made for a special occasion, every time Eaton & Jones have delivered a fabulous product in tight deadlines, but they do it in such a customer focused and considerate way, you feel like their only client, and they listen to your requirements, resulting in beautiful jewelry, and feeling that nothing is too much trouble, a rare find in today's world! The door is always open and a warm welcoming atmosphere, with plenty to look at in their amazing displays.

I love this shop! Karen and I designed an heirloom ring combining a few pieces from past and present generations. I love Karen's design style and had a great time as the new ring evolved. I picked up my new ring and actually squeaked with delight! It is gorgeous. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for my new old ring.
