We can undertake all jewellery repairs no matter how small, or large in our own fully fitted Maidstone workshop, spread over 3 floors, with all repairs carried out by our experienced goldsmiths on the premises. Our Goldsmiths have many decades experience between them and have a vast knowledge and experience within this sector and are able to undertake all repairs to precious metals.
From concept to creation - here at the Jewellery Workshop we are able to take your ideas and turn them into a reality. Gone downhill. We have been customers since 1994 when the shop was in union st. Mr Kewell made my engagement ring. When I lost a diamond I took it to them and at the same time had some claws replaced and the ring re sized. It was to be made perfect again!
That was in October. In December I was beginning to get worried but then they phoned.
I went to get it but it hadn’t been resized.
Yesterday I went back again to collect it.
I noticed that the shank was paper thin and queried this. The man said “I swear on my son’s life that’s how it was before”

Such an easy experience for me, as I went in thinking it might be a chore for both me and the jewelers. Such a fast and professional transaction with all the help I needed. And after I needed the ring re sizing they did it free of charge!

I've had several pieces of jewellery remodelled by Jewellery Workshop recently and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding.
I particularly like the fact that they will use your own gold to make new items.
I had a 18ct gold old fashioned chain transformed into a sleek contemporary band ring flush set with emeralds from an old pair of earrings. A heavy 22ct plain ring became a flat profile 14mm wide hammered band and a pair of diamond Lever back earrings are now 18ct white gold studs. The rings are absolutely beautiful. All of the staff are helpful, and considering I live on the other side

I recently sent my white gold wedding ring to the Jewellery Workshop for it to be rhodium plated. The service I received was excellent - the staff were polite and professional and the result was amazing - I don't think my wedding ring looked that shiny on my wedding day! I shall definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anybody wanting to refresh their jewellery to bring back the sparkle!

In a word FANTASTIC! I read the reviews before selecting JW. I’ve had my battered wedding ring of 22 years enlarged & it’s like brand new, 3 silver brackets and my husbands gold necklace repaired also brilliant, at reasonable prices & ready in just under a week.
