Simon Milne took a pre-apprenticeship jewellery design and manufacturing course at KIAD Rochester where after only eight months he was offered an apprenticeship by Denis Green Ltd.

Went into Simon Milne with my mother looking for a bracelet for myself where we were greeted by Wendy who helped us find just the right one. She was warm, kind, and so patient with us as we pondered over which one to get, and in fact, after deciding on one for myself, we decided to get a few more as gifts because we loved the selection so much and they were all such good value for money! Wendy really made the whole experience so pleasant, and if I'm ever back in Rye again I definitely know where I'm going first if I want to buy any jewellery!

Saw cute ania haie earrings in the window, couldn't get then out of my mind, had a quick look on the website where they were on sale, lucky me! Went back, however upon paying I was told these weren't on sale even thought looked the exact same!? Man in the shop told me these came in 'new'. I already had them in and my heart was set on it but tbh it felt a bit shady. After leaving I checked the website against the receipt and they were exactly the same!
Shame as the place otherwise is nice.

I put my watch in for a small repair and was told it would be ready on monday 10th February.
I went to pick up the watch but unfortunately the shop was shut ! Found it very strange as a note on the door said they would be open monday 10th February? .
I thought I would go up today but looking at the website it's still saying the shop is closed and opens on Wednesday which will be the 12th ...I am seriously out of pocket as I live miles away !!!!!! Not impressed

Good jeweller with solid selection of rings, necklaces and earrings. Lots are made by the jeweller himself and the care and attention is obvious. Helpful staff in-store, very friendly.

Have used this jeweller for purchases and repairs. On all occasions we have received a first class service. They also make their own jewellery, so if you are looking for original designs they are worth a visit
